Company History

Altman Dermatology Associates was founded by Dr.Arthur Altman 1967. Initially, a small dermatology practice, AD has always been a part of the community of Arlington Heights. Dr. Arthur was joined by his son, Dr.Jeff Altman in 1995 and the practice began its growth. Dr.Jeff completed his fellowship specializing in Mohs surgery, and initiated our operating rooms in oreder to perform skin cancer surgeries and offer extensive post-op care. The practice was lucky to aquire Dr. Michael Bukhalo in 2003 and open its doors to multilingual patients population. 

Today, our doctors are proud to work with two physician assistans, six certified and highly experienced medical assistants, licensed clinical aesthetician, and are supported by the administrative staff of 10.  Dr.Arthur retired in 2005 but continues being present in the practice life. We all enjoy his weekly visits and the new magazines in the waiting room.

Dr.Rachel Altman, a cousin of Dr.Jeff, joined the practice in early spring of 2007. We welcomed her whole-heartly and wish her great luch in building her medical career with Altman Dermatology.
